On September 28, 2018, a delegation of "Mobility Bitola" consisting of: Mitko Fidanovski, Sotir Jonovski and Kire Angelkovski, participated in trainings for observers in organization of "Inclusiva", with authorization from the SEC, which was held in Gostivar. The main point was monitoring the election process by obtaining certificates for authorized observers of the election process. These experiences were valuable and were used in the referendum, where inaccessible polling stations for persons with physical disabilities were registered.
