We followed the Tokyo Paralympic Games every day, expecting the results of our only participant with a big heart, Olivera Nakovska-Bikova. It is a real pride that she is from Bitola and is our member, and also a top athlete with the highest medals in the last two decades. Her merit is not only for Bitola, Mobility Bitola, SSRI - Bitola and SSRIM - Paralympic Committee, but also for all citizens of our country. Eagerly following the events in which she participated, we were ready for anything, but after what happened we were shocked. Namely, she had a problem with her pistol, which did not work properly, ie did not fire bullets. With the support of the Russian team, the pistol was repaired to some extent, but still could not be fully functional. However, despite the great psychophysical strains, Olivera did not give up and managed to take a good position. In this competition of many new competitors and respectable results, our Olivera - a veteran and top athlete - achieved much more than expected, given the problems she faced. We are proud of her and wish her health, happiness and further success on the field all over the world.
