On December 4 and 5, 2023, the Management Board of Mobility Macedonia was held at the Congress Center in Ohrid. In general, the activities were divided into two parts, namely - current developments in the associated members and considerations for overcoming the situations and negative tendencies that have been happening lately. There were open discussions, but the impression is that it was left to time, even though flexibility and yielding were hinted at, only in the interest of the goals of the Union. Mobility Bitola, represented by the president and the secretary, had a constructive attitude towards the problems. In the second part, on December 5, the guidelines for the work of the Union, reduction of certain activities, or skipping, fluctuation of income, up or down, in one word - "tightening of the belt" were rounded off. In principle, to see and evaluate performance (depending on which glasses you look through). Also, the manifestations need selected users. Lack of new members with desired dynamics, updating membership, accountability vs. shamelessness. All in all, a cross-section of the real situation that needs to be resolved for reasonableness and flexibility, but not at the cost of disrespect, an appearance by the opposition of force and disrespect of the fundamental values on which Mobility Macedonia rests.
