On 18.02.2023 in Hall no. 1 in the Community of Disability Organizations "Dare Dzambaz" in Skopje, the reporting Assembly of Mobility Macedonia was organized and successfully performed. The curiosity of this assembly is that there were anonymous and real (signed) petitions for violations of the Mobility Bitola Statute during the election process. Therefore, the statutory-legal commission of the Union was engaged, which checked all the findings and presented them in writing at the session. Mobility Bitola attended with all four delegates and did not have the opportunity to respond in its defense. But on the set point for voting on the report of the commission, which rejected all allegations and accusations, of the 31 members present, 27 voted FOR, 1 was against and 3 abstained. With that, it was confirmed by the Assembly of Mobility Macedonia that there were no irregularities in the election process and that there were no violations of the statutory norms. However, Mobility Bitola was asked to allow the presence of an observer at the constituent assembly of Mobility Bitola – Sofche Prcheva, general secretary of the Union. It was accepted by the representatives, because there was nothing to hide and the rules were always followed.
