From 15th to 17th of November 2019, two traditional events - the quiz, fully organized by Mobility Macedonia, and the Cake Competition organized by Mobility Strumica, were successfully organized and implemented at the Tsar Samoil Hotel in Banja Bansko. The quiz was attended by 15 representatives and 10 representative teams from the affiliated members of Mobility Macedonia. The quiz started on the afternoon of November 15, in flawless organization and readiness of the organizer, the technical capabilities were at the highest level, and the propositions were clear and precise. This year, too, there was a response, but the level of knowledge seemed to stagnate, so of the nearly 100 points in a single session, only one to two associations achieved 80%, or 90%, and the remaining 30-40%. Various remarks from before and now were taken into consideration, but generally the best and most prepared won, ie the first place deservedly won the Mobility Veles team, Mobility Gevgelija was second and Mobility Skopje 2 third. All in all, a good experience and experience that needs to be respected. The direct link of Mobility Macedonia is a contribution for the year to be even better and we hope that the future participants will further increase their rating and knowledge percentage. The Cake Competition organizationally surpassed the opportunities. Ten teams participated, but six cakes were prepared on site. All participants completed their assignment and delivered interesting messages, and after deliberation and evaluation by the commission, it was decided that the winner would be the Mobility Veles team, Mobility Skopje placed second and Mobility Gevgelija third. The event was led by Mr. Gjorgji Kalajdziev. The cakes of Mobility Kocani (Kalimero and the well of wishes) and Mobility Strumica (wishes for parenthood of people with disabilities), as well as Mobility Bitola, together with the stronger, futuristic design. Thinking about the future, if the taste and quality of the cake comes second, then the organizer should emphasize the criteria of the jury in the invitation and the competitors not to think whether their creation will be the most delicious, or to have a tasting and merge one and the other, or both. However, all sweet thoughts may not be relevant, and it would be nice to have a paper on the companions' accompaniment when accommodating. The open type of event is good, but the main actors should be emphasized. Otherwise, it is very good that there were all the sponsors and supporters, traditionally the Mayor of Strumica and many others. It is also good that the messages of our main preoccupation - accessibility - were transmitted and that the whole event was covered by the media. All in all, these events establish Mobility Macedonia as a serious partner at all levels in their efforts to improve the lives of people with physical disabilities.
