Mobility Bitola traditionally this year also participated in the 23rd edition of the 2022 Cake Competition event, which took place on October 29, 2022 at the Villa Park hotel in Strumica, organized by Mobility Strumica and under the auspices of Mobility Macedonia. Among those present was the mayor of Strumica, Mr. Kostadin Kostadinov, members of the Council of the Municipality of Strumica and the deputy ambassador of Italy, as well as guests from Pernik, neighboring Bulgaria. The host of the event was Gjorgi Kalajdziev. The skilled hands of the members of a total of 10 associations prepared delicious masterpieces, and it was really difficult to choose the best three, but the jury decided that the third place should go to the hosts Mobility Strumica, the second place to Mobility Veles and the first place to Mobility Gevgelija for their pomegranate-shaped cake. Our members Lidija Veljanovska and Elizabeta Uzunovska participated as representatives of Mobility Bitola, whose masterpiece entitled "Let's join our differences on Shirok Sokak" did not win an award, but it attracted a lot of attention from the attendees and the media who followed the event, especially because of the important message it conveyed. This traditional event started exactly 25 years ago, and if it weren't for the pandemic, it would have celebrated its anniversary this year, but it's good that it continues and we hope that the number of participants will increase with each subsequent edition.
