The Council of the Municipality of Bitola decided to establish a Local Economic and Social Council (LESC) of the municipality. It was constituted on 09.19.2013 and as a member was selected prim . Dr. Niko Jankov, chairman of Mobility Bitola which is the most active entity to raise the capacity of people with disabilities. These days, ie the 15th and 16th October, USAID - YESS network and the Municipality of Bitola organized a workshop for members of the LESC , whose goal is to develop strategic directions plan LESC. This workshop was attended by Fanche Gjorgjievska, who was present in the name of dr. Jankov.
The basis of the conclusions of the workshop objectives are job creation, training of personnel, the perspective of business structures that will get Bitola perspective of developmental, educational, enhanced economic environment, rural tourism with emphasis on cultural and historical landmarks, economic growth of young human resources and assistance from state institutions at the local level. That way, LESC will become recognizable leader at the regional level to improve the quality of life.
In this workshop, our member Fanche Gjorgjievska, despite the high level of activity and knowledge of the issue, had numerous contacts with grantees Following the USAID, Virna Gerasimova-Manasieva and the representative of CEPROSARD, Gabriela Micova. She also exchanged opinions with other members of the LESC. In this way we can enhance the capacity and quality of human resources mobility Bitola, as educators who will lead others to new challenges.
