Working visit of the Mayor of Resen in the office of “ Mobility Bitola ” in Resen

On 11.13.2014, within the activities of the members of "Mobility Bitola" , in the office in Resen , was held a successful meeting with the Mayor of Resen, Mr. Djoko Strezovski and his associates. We discussed several aspects of cooperation with the local government and the fact that we have excellent relations and understanding. On this occasion, more than two dozen members of the association led by the head of office Nada Tanovsk a , Sot i r C h ausevski , Robert Lamanovski , Dr. Sanja Andonovska and Nikolcho Ristevski as initiators in the presence of the President of "Mobility Bitola" Prim. Dr. Nico J ankov, Secretary Mitko Fidanovski and Board Member F anche Georgievsk a , discussed several aspects of the future activities of the "Mobility Bitola" in Resen.

First, Mayor Strezovski was thoroughly familiar with the continuation of the project "We are part of you", within which, in Bitola and Resen, the target group will be teachers in primary and secondary schools. This will achieve initial education for teachers in recognizing people with disabilities and their positive view of changing awareness of the environment for this category.

The second information relates to space near the office, which, if it is received, would be used as a center for activities of a different nature (sports, recreation, school activities and other major activities). Third information is gradual settling of architectural barriers in the area of local government, marking parking lots, sidewalks adjustment, making ramps, and the f ourth information is about the dislocation of the electricity meter and solving the problem with the power. The fifth and important information is the resolution of getting cable and internet connection, preferably under favorable conditions or gratis. Sixth, solving the problem with the door with ramp like the one outside the hall.

Especially interesting was the information on donations. T here is a real possibility of getting adapted van from donors in Australia and it would be good if the municipality appeared as a recipient and provider of services. This information was developed and elaborated with all aspects of positive and problematic situations that follow.

Listening to all our discussions and requests, the mayor expressed his willingness to cooperate and solve problems with all the resources available, as well as personal involvement in the municipal council that will address these requirements. We shook hands in the good and cordial atmosphere with an opportunity to review all issues and deal with them in all possible means .
