On February 28, 2016 was held regular annual assembly of "Mobility Bitola". Earlier, on February 23, was held the last meeting of the Board, where the actual programming and statutory purposes were summarized and the Supervisory Board in the presence of an accountant reviewed and adopted the financial report and notified the Board that it can be proposed for adoption and assembly. Also, the Board considered and adopted the report on the work program and financial plan and decided that they can be proposed for adoption on the assembly.
Assembly session started with a delay of 15 minutes, attended by 24 of the 27 delegates - three were justifiably absent. In the report, the President stated the activities (about 15), comprised of three workshops, parade, four presentations and five posters and leaflets for events, three TV shows "The fifth angel", three TV interviews, picnic with the reading in Demir Hisar charity concert in Resen, projects with UNDP and USAID-Yes network, participation in workshops and meetings, promotion of books, music meetings and international participation, International colony of artisans and so on. Practically more than 90% of the program, but also additional activities. The report was adopted unanimously.
After the presentation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, it was decided to adopt the financial and the decision to adopt the final balance. Program and financial plan with short discussions were adopted too. Parliament successfully complete its work in 13.00 hours, and then followed socializing and conversations in the pleasant ambience of the restaurant "Corso" in Bitola.
