On February 26, 2020, a forum session was organized by the municipality of Bitola within the framework of the program “Strengthening the municipal councils”. The forum theme is social inclusion. The co-organizers and supporters are the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the UNDP. Mobility Bitola is an active member of the LESC where our members Fanche Georgievska and Lidija Veljanovska are delegated and actively participate. The contribution of Fanche as an economist and member of the Managing Board is especially important in the Economic Council. Introductory remarks were by the Mayor of Bitola Natasha Petrovska MA and the President of the Bitola Municipal Council Valentin Gruevski. Then there was a presentation of the forum process (goals, activities, results), as well as a presentation of the forum topic by Gjorgji Velkovski and Simona Jovevska, as well as presentations in working with groups from Beti Boskovska (SIA) and Beti Bulakovska (Association of children with cerebral palsy). Attendance was excellent, with representatives from elementary schools, kindergartens and other institutions. This is the beginning of a series of presentations and exchanges of experience with work guidelines. Mobility Bitola is usually present at these events of interest to people with physical disabilities.
