Although the pandemic of Covid 19 put the world on a break, in the past few months Mobility Bitola still managed to realize at least some of its program and statutory goals. Namely, on February 24, 2020, we made contact for cross-border cooperation with partners from neighboring Greece, and additional consultations followed on March 3.
On March 7, 2020, a delegation of Mobility Bitola participated in the Management Board and the Assembly of Mobility Macedonia. A workshop in Resen was also being prepared, which was scheduled to take place on March 14, 2020, but due to Covid 19 it has been rescheduled indefinitely. On March 10, 2020, intensive communication with partners from Greece continued. On March 16, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, the offices of Mobility Macedonia were closed. March 30 - Notification at the EU's Pador base.
On April 1, 2020, with electronic communication, the Management Board of Mobility Macedonia extended the decision to close the offices until May 1, 2020. The restrictive measures continued until the end of May.
On May 21, 2020, a meeting of the Management Board was organized through a Zoom conference. From the 22nd to the 29th of May 2020, the last preparations took place and an application was sent for the project "Alter Trip" for cross-border cooperation with Greece. We will find out in a few months whether the project will be approved and realized.
On May 25, 2020, also through Zoom, a session of the Board of Mobility Macedonia was organized. The office of Mobility Macedonia and Mobility Skopje has been opened, and there will be additional notification for other offices. A decision has been made to renovate the apartments in Ohrid, and the holidays are being postponed.
From 1 to 14 June 2020, intensified communication with the members of the Management Board of Mobility Bitola and other members by the President and the Secretary.
