On April 6, 2021, after several procedures and decisions of the Council of the Municipality of Bitola, an adapted vehicle with a side door and rear door with a ramp, several seats, and space for one, possibly two wheelchairs was procured. In anticipation of a low-floor bus and adapted approaches for the disabled and people with mobility difficulties, this van is generally procured for the Day Care Center for the Disabled, but also for all other citizens who will need transportation. We hope that a rulebook and a calendar of services for all interested parties will be developed soon. In any case, this is a step towards improving accessibility and solving the problems of people with disabilities.
