On March 18, 2023, the Constituent Assembly of Mobility Macedonia was held. 33 delegates were present, of which 30 had the right to vote. Work was carried out according to the adopted rules of procedure in accordance with the Statute of Mobility Macedonia. The oldest member of the audience was the chairman – prim. Dr. Niko Jankov. The verification committee of 3 members and the candidacy committee of 5 members were proposed and elected. Previously, a recorder and two attestators of the minutes were elected. After the mandate of 30 delegates was verified, the candidacy committee made a proposal for one candidate for president, namely the current president Branimir Jovanovski, and Goran Spasov was also proposed by a delegate, but he withdrew from the candidacy. Then it was passed to voting and the current president Jovanovski was elected with an absolute majority, and formally took over the position and proposed the Managing Board of 11 members who were elected by procedure. Also, 3 members were elected for the Supervisory Board, 2 members for NSIOM delegates and 5 members for the Commission for Appointments and Elections. With that, all bodies under the jurisdiction of the Assembly were elected and the program and financial plan were adopted. For the delegates who could not be verified, a deadline was given according to the rules of procedure for arranging documentation. With that, the work of the Assembly ended.
