Through its programs and shows, the Macedonian Radio Television constantly follows the activities of Mobility Bitola and its members. Coverage of our events, live guest appearances or online participation are only part of their contribution to inform the Macedonian public about the events, achievements and challenges of our association and our members. On March 8, on the occasion of International Women's Day, our member Biljana Todorovska was a guest in the morning show "Macedonia in the morning". A poet, a graduate of computer science and a master of dramaturgy, but also a fighter for the equality of people with disabilities. In a conversation with journalist Ružica Gjorševska, Biljana talked about her daily challenges and physical barriers that she has to bypass, bridge and overcome, as well as the many ways in which she feels systematically discriminated against. She referred to some restrictive legal provisions, as well as insufficient application in practice of already existing laws, such as the construction law. However, Biljana emphasized, there are also many segments in which she feels equal, and that is her creativity, climbing the stairs in her building... "Only the physical is what separates us", concluded our member, who is currently also active with the participation in the theatrical play "8%?" of the ATO Center for Contemporary Art and Culture.
